  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Perishable goods, such as fresh produce, cannot be returned.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide your order number and details about the item you would like to return.
  • Our team will assess the request and provide instructions for the return process, including the return address and any necessary shipping instructions.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items
